PANEL ORDERS

Replacement
Number Panels

Every Deerfield mailbox displays its house number on an internal lightbox panel. When one cracks, fades, or falls out, the Mailbox Ambassador tracks the replacement from request to installation.

The Basics

What's a Panel Order?

A Panel Order is the record the Mailbox Ambassador keeps for a mailbox that needs new number panels — the address, which panel numbers are needed, how many, and the resident's contact info. It's maintained entirely by the Ambassador, not the resident.
